Order Service Specialist 

Responsibilities:

- Daily dealer contacts, order service trouble shooting;

- Conduct of SAP operation for goods entry, creation of delivery notes, booking goods issue;

- Provide order service to dealer, backorder follow-up for both green and local green parts;

- Manage parts daily return, annual return as well dealer claims settlement involved;

- Coordinate with machine logistics dept. for parts claim handling, ensure parts on-time delivery to the customers;

- Support internal parts procurement, stock availability checking, parts price calculation;

- Coordinate for parts supply from outsourced suppliers or 3rd party supplier;

- Responsible for local parts planning, local parts number definition in SAP;

- Issue documents for parts importation, customs clearance, make sure parts well released at  warehouse on the right schedule;

- Work with finance monitor dealer payment status;

- Other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

Education:

- Bachelor degree with major in English, International trade,Commercial or  Logistics related field

Experience:

- Has 1-3 years import & export experience,good knowledge of supply chain, has working experience in  order service or procurement area

Others:

- Good command of English in both written and oral;

- Familiar with MS office and SAP operations;

- Honest, industrious, self-motivated, willing to work under high pressure;

- Teamwork spirit, carefulness,customer orientation;

- Be willing to work overtime during the harvest season.
